My name is Lee Smith. I have been in Indianapolis most of my life(born in Saginaw MI, moved here when I was two’ish). I have a wonderful wife named Ruchi. We have a 1 year old son named Mason. I grew up across the street from Geist. Except, we were there before Geist was “Geist”. Back when the water company owned everything. I could tell you stories about my dog sleeping in mud puddles in the middle of Mud Creek Rd, or flying a kite in the field that is now the Hamptons at Geist, but that is for a later time.
You won’t see a lot of pictures of me on this website. I think the focus of this site, and my real estate business needs to be taking care of my client’s needs. Although, I don’t mind doting on Mason and Ruchi a bit.. hehe
I grew up in a True Value Hardware store, and we owned several Ryder/Avis truck/car rental agencies. My family was at one point #2 in the nation for Ryder Truck Rental, and our Avis branch in Castleton was more profitable than many airport locations, including the Indianapolis Airport.
How did we do it? Customer Service.. I have been brought up on taking care of our customers.. We live by the golden rule. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. We have always treated our customers like family. We are honest, and always try to go the extra mile.
Aside from family owned business, I have been flipping houses since I was in my early twenties. I generally lived in them while I was fixing them up, but I have always made good money selling them in the end.
About 10 years ago, I started working in the computer field. Currently, I am a Database Administrator for Farm Bureau Insurance, and I have dabbled in making websites for the past 2 years. Needless to say I am very computer savvy. When most real estate agents say they aren’t fond of these “computer thingies”, you will find me online, figuring out the best ways to satisfy the needs of my clients. I believe in a personal touch, but these “computer thingies” are very good at helping me keep my concentration where it needs to be(on my clients).
Enough about me, head over to the contact, buyer or seller pages and let us know about you and your wants and needs.
We want your business! Allow us the chance to become your realtor for life!
